Facility Rentals
Did you know you can rent Irving Recreation Center for your next birthday party, family gathering, meeting, social event or club? Call our office for information - 402-441-7954.

Picnic Loan
Make any event more fun with our equipment loan program. Quick, affordable rentals of all your old-time favorites: bingo, bocce, croquet, gunny sacks, horseshoes, parachutes, tug-of-war, water coolers, and plenty more! Call us for a complete list or to reserve items for your next family reunion, picnic or backyard party.

Court Reservations
We begin taking reservations every Wednesday at 9am for the following week.

Basketball

Half-Court Fee: $10/55 min   |   Full-Court Fee: $20/55 min

Volleyball
Days: Wednesday   |   Time: 5:00-6:50p    |   Fee: $12/55 min

Weight/Fitness Room Hours
Our weight room equipment includes a universal weight machine, Airdyne exercise bikes and a rowing machine.

PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH

Dual Language Preschool - Ages 3-5
Our dual language preschool program allows children to grow by incorporating new experiences into their daily routine. Thematic content supports language development in Spanish and English and allows preschoolers to have fun while playing and learning kindergarten readiness skills. Need based scholarships available. Call 402-441-7954 to request an information packet.
2011-2012 (September-May)
2-Day Session: Mon/Wed, $57/month
3-Day Session: Mon/Wed/Fri, $85/month

Service Project for Volunteers
Perfect for all of your volunteering interests and needs (including high school Government & Politics hours). We'll schedule meaningful recreation center and neighborhood projects all summer long. Give us a call to get involved.

Middle School Drop-in: Grades 6-8
Irving Recreation Center offers clubs and other organized special interest activities, homework help, adult supervision, leadership and service learning, game tables (pool, foosball, air hockey and table tennis), video game systems and board games, lounge areas, vending machines and a safe and fun place to hang out. Exclusive to Irving Middle School students. All after school clubs and activites are free of charge to students who have paid the daily drop-in fee. Reduced rate punch cards and year passes available.

PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS - Ages 18+

China Painting
Classes for beginning and experienced painters alike. We have front door parking and good lighting in a spacious classroom with two large kilns. We provide some supplies, but students can bring their own supplies and china. Each six week session has 2-3 projects to choose from, or you can work on your own projects. Register seven days prior to the start date. Supply fees vary.

Fall Session begins Sept 28: Asters, Pumpkin Plates, Cheese Boards
Late Fall Session begins Nov 16: Mistleto Balls, Ornaments, Platters

Saturday Workshop: Ornaments and Gifts
