Location: Windsor Stables
Menu: Lunch - Catered by the Green Gateau - Roasted Pork Chop with mushrooms, and peppercorn demi-glace sauce served with wild rice. For our vegetarians it will be an Eggplant Parmesan broil au gratin with marinara, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese served with wild rice. Dessert will be petite assorted cheesecakes. Coffee, tea, water will be provided.
