Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

 

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, 
January 17, 2008.  The meeting will convene at 1:30 p.m. in Room 206, 2nd floor, New County-City 
Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more information,

1. Approve meeting notes for December 20, 2007. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION Memo from Ed Zimmer, Planning staff 3. Application by Monte Froelich for a certificate of appropriateness for work at the Grand Manse/Old Federal Building (129 North 10th Street). 4. Application by Jason Metcalf for a certificate of appropriateness for work at Scooter's in the former Salvation Army Building, 737 P Street, in the Haymarket Landmark District. DISCUSSION 5.
