Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

 

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, 
February 15, 2007.  The meeting will convene at 1:30 p.m. in Room 206, 2nd floor, County-City 
Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more information,

1. Approve meeting notes for January 18, 2007. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. DISCUSSION AND ACTION 3. Application by Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity for landmark designation in accordance with LMC27.57.120 of property at 1548 S Street. 4. Application by Lazlo's for a certificate of appropriateness for work at 210 North 7th Street and 700 and 710 P Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 5. Application by Old Federal Place LLC for a certificate of appropriateness for work at 100 North 10th Street, a designated landmark. 6. Application by Speedway Properties for a certificate of appropriateness for work at the former Salvation Army Building in the Haymarket Landmark District, 151 N. 8th Street. DISCUSSION 7. Misc. 8.
