Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

 

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, 
March 19, 2009.  The meeting will convene at 1:30 p.m. in Room 206, 2nd floor, New County-City 
Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more information,

1. Approve meeting notes for February 19, 2009. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION Memo from Ed Zimmer, Planning staff 3. Application by U. S. Properties for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the Old Federal Building (129 North 10th Street). 4. Application by Urban Development Department for designation of the former Northeast Branch Library, N. 27th and Center Streets, as a Landmark in accord with LMC 27.57.120. 5. Application by Planning Department for FY09 funding as a Certified Local Government, from the Historic Preservation Fund of the U.S. Department of the Interior, through the Nebraska State Historical Society.
