Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

 

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a regular public meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2010.  The meeting will convene 
at 1:30 p.m. in Room 203, 2nd floor, County-City Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.

1. Approve meeting notes for April 29, 2010. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION 3. Application by Craig Smith on behalf of B & J Partnership for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work on the east side of N. 8th Street, Q-R Streets, in the Haymarket Landmark District. 4. Application by Diabetic Outreach for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the Former Zimmer Grocery, a designated landmark at 1941 K Street. 5. Review of supplemental funding application from the City of Lincoln, a Certified Local Government, to the Historic Preservation Fund of the U.S. Dept. of the Interior through the Nebraska State Historical Society. DISCUSSION 6. Misc. 7. Staff Report.
