The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2009.  The meeting will convene 
at 1:30 p.m. in Room 206, 2nd floor, New County-City Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more

1. Approve meeting notes for April 16, 2009. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION Memo from Ed Zimmer, Planning staff 3. Application by U.S. Properties for a certificate of appropriateness for work at the Old Federal Building, 129 N. 10th Street. 4. Application by Matt Talbot Kitchen and Outreach for a certificate of appropriateness for additions and modifications to the former Northeast Branch Library, 2121 N. 27th Street, a landmark. 5. Applications by John Moss for designation as a landmark of property at 2201 B Street and for a special permit for historic preservation in accord with LMC 27.63.400 for Mrs. Reimers Bungalow, the above referenced property at 2201 B Street.
