Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

 

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a regular public meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 2010.  The meeting will convene 
at 1:30 p.m. in Room 203, 2nd floor, County-City Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.

1. Approve meeting notes for May 20, 2010. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION 3. Application by Craig Smith on behalf of B & J Partnership for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 800 Q Street and 330 N. 8th Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 4. Application by Phi Delta Theta House for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity House, a designated landmark, at 1545 R Street. 5. Application by Dan and Elizabeth Alberts for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 3850 Orchard Street in the East Campus Neighborhood Landmark District. 6. Application by Lincoln Urban Development Department for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 1114 C Street in the Everett Landmark District. 7. Application by Gary Butts on behalf of Vincenzo's for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 808 P Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 8. Review of supplemental funding application from the City of Lincoln, a Certified Local Government, to the Historic Preservation Fund of the U.S. Dept. of the Interior through the Nebraska State Historical Society.
