Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

 

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a regular public meeting on Wednesday, July 15, 2010.  The meeting will convene 
at 1:30 p.m. in Room 203, 2nd floor, County-City Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.

Agenda of July 15, 2010
1. Approve meeting notes for May 20, 2010. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION 3. Application by Lincoln Urban Development Department for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 1114 C Street in the Everett Landmark District. 4. Application by Steve Wisthoff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 2305 S Street in the Hawley Landmark District. 5. Application by Gary Butts on behalf of Vincenzo's for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 808 P Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 6. Review of supplemental funding application from the City of Lincoln, a Certified Local Government, to the Historic Preservation Fund of the U.S. Dept. of the Interior through the Nebraska State Historical Society. DISCUSSION 7. Nomination to the National Register of Historic Places of Agricultural Hall/Industrial Arts Building at former State Fairgrounds. 8. LES Central Reliabililty Project - recommendations on proposed alternatives. 9. Misc.: LES distribution line modification on S. 27th Street in Blvd. Historic District (overhead to underground), etc. 10. Staff Report.
