The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a regular public meeting on Thursday, July 21, 2011.  The meeting will 
convene at 1:30 p.m. in Room 214, 2nd floor, County-City Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.

1. Approval of HPC meeting record of June 16, 2011 and HPC meeting record of June 28, 2011 (joint meeting with Urban Design Committee). 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION * Memo from Ed Zimmer 3. Applications by Anne Burkholder for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at The Burkholder Project, 719 P Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 4. Application by Lucas Kielion on behalf of Jack's Bar for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 100 North 8th Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 5. Application by Jeanne Heim for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 611 S. 31st Street in the Woods Park Bungalow Landmark District. 6.
