The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2009.  The meeting will convene 
at 1:30 p.m. in Room 206, 2nd floor, New County-City Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more

1. Approve meeting notes for August 20, 2009. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION 3. Application by Marilyn B. Hutchinson for designation of 3249 Holdrege St. as a landmark in accord with LMC27.57.120. 4. Application by HDR, Inc. for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 151 North 8th Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 5. Application by Randy Jones for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the Seaton & Lea Building, 301 North 8th Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 6. Application by Speedway Properties for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 330 North 8th Street and 800 Q Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 7.
