The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a regular public meeting on Thursday, October 20, 2011.  The meeting will 
convene at 1:30 p.m. in Room 214, 2nd floor, County-City Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.

1. Approval of HPC meeting record of September 15, 2011 and joint HPC/UDC meeting record of September 8, 2011. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION * Memo from Ed Zimmer 3. Application by Greg Munn on behalf of Chi Phi Fraternity for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the Weil House, 1149 S. 17th Street, a designated landmark and a contributing property within the Capitol Addition Landmark District. 4. Application by Craig Smith for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 151 North 8h Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 5.
