Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

 

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, 
November 15, 2007.  The meeting will convene at 1:30 p.m. in Room 206, 2nd floor, New County-City 
Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more information,

1. Approve meeting notes for October 18, 2007. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION Memo from Ed Zimmer, Planning staff 3. Application by Brown Baggers for a certificate of appropriateness for work at 151 N. 8th Street in the Haymarket Landmark District, formerly the Salvation Army building. 4. Application by Crabby Bill's restaurant for a certificate of appropriateness for work at 803 Q Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 5. Application by Roy Maurer for a certificate of appropriateness for work at 1444 North 37th Street in the East Campus Neighborhood Landmark District. 6. Application by Monte Froelich for a certificate of appropriateness for work at the Grand Manse/Old Federal Building (129 North 10th Street). DISCUSSION 7. Staff report: DLD Highway post, etc.
