The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, November 19, 2009.  The meeting will convene 
at 1:30 p.m. in Conference Room 113, 1st floor, County-City Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more

Agenda of November 19, 2009
1. Approve meeting notes for regular and joint meetings held October 15, 2009. 2. Approve meeting notes for special meeting held November 4, 2009. 3. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION Memo from Ed Zimmer, Planning staff 4. Application by Speedway Properties for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 330 North 8th Street and 800 Q Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 5. Nomination to the National Register of Historic Places of the A.O. Faulkner House, 1913 S. 41st Street. 6. Application by Karolyn Howard for a special permit for historic preservation (in accord with LMC 27.63.400) for property at 3008 O Street. DISCUSSION 7. Staff report: concepts for facade changes at 809 W Street (with request for inclusion on agenda of Dec. 2 special joint meeting), etc. 8. Misc.
