Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

 

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a scheduled public meeting on Thursday, 
November 20, 2008.  The meeting will convene at 1:30 p.m. in Room 206, 2nd floor, New County-City 
Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more information,

1. Approve meeting notes for October 30, 2008. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION 3. Application by U. S. Properties for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the Old Federal Building (129 North 10th Street). 4. Application by Advisory Board of the Church of the Nazarene for Landmark Designation in accord with LMC27.57.120 of 1219 North 14th Street. 5. Application by Suite One for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the Sullivan Building in the Haymarket Landmark District, 311 North 8th Street. DISCUSSION 6. Staff report 7. Misc.
