The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a regular public meeting on Thursday, March 15, 2012.  The meeting will 
convene at 1:30 p.m. in Room 214, 2nd floor, County-City Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.

1. Approval of HPC meeting record of February 16, 2012. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION * Memo from Ed Zimmer 3. Application by Liz Kuhlman for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 301 N. 8th Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 4. Review of FY12-13 funding application to Historic Preservation Fund, through the Nebraska State Historical Society. 5. Nomination to the National Register of Historic Places of "Mission Arts" Building", 124 S. 9th Street. 6. Nomination to the National Register of Historic Places of "Brownbilt Historic District", generally located between A and D Streets, and S. 37th and S. 40th Streets, including Randolph Elementary School. DISCUSSION 7. Design discussion of modifications to plans for west (rear) side of Weil Mansion/Phi Chi Phi House, 1149 S. 17th Street. 8. Staff report
