Historic Preservation Commission Agenda

 

The City of Lincoln Historic Preservation Commission will hold a regular public meeting on Thursday, October 18, 2012.  The meeting will convene at 
1:30 p.m. in Room 214, 2nd floor, County-City Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the following agenda.  For more

1. Approval of HPC meeting record of September 20, 2012. 2. Opportunity for persons with limited time or with an item not appearing on the agenda to address the Commission. DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION 3. Recommendations in accord with Redevelopment Plan for projects at Nebraska Innovation Campus: 4-H Building and Industrial Arts Building. HEARING AND ACTION * Memo from Ed Zimmer 4. Application by Liz Kuhlman for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 235 N. 9th Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 5. Application by NeighborWorks Lincoln for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at the Dr. O.C. Reynolds House, 2530 Q Street. 6. Application by Bennet Hotel Prop. Holdings, LLC for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 710 P Street in the Haymarket Landmark District. 7. Application by Scott Sullivan on behalf of Engine House Cafe for a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 6028 and 6030 Havelock Avenue in the Havelock Avenue Landmark District. 8. Application by Everett Neighborhood Associates for a Certificate of Appropriateness for pedestrian guide signs, proposed to be installed on public ROW and/or private property along S. 11th Street between A St. and Lincoln Mall in the Everett Landmark District.
