     3.2  Special Permit No. 1791, requested by Jack G. Wolfe, on behalf of
          Cedars Youth Services, Inc., for a health care facility, with 
          request to waive building coverage and yard and area requirements,
          on property generally located at 1430 South Street.
          Planning staff recommendation: Conditional Approval
          Had public hearing.  Planning Commission DEFERRED for four
          weeks, at the request of the applicant, with continued public 
          hearing and administrative action scheduled for September 22,
          1999.

MISCELLANEOUS:

     3.3  Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 94-38, requested by the Interim
          Director of Planning, at the request of the Director of Public 
          Works and Utilities and the Lower Platte South Natural Resources
          District, to adopt the Beal Slough Basin Stormwater Master Plan 
          as a component of the 1994 Lincoln-Lancaster County Comprehensive
          Plan.
          Planning staff recommendation: Approval
          Had public hearing.  Scheduled for continued public hearing 
          and administrative action on September 8, 1999.

     MISCELLANEOUS WITH RELATED ITEMS:

     3.4a Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 94-39, requested by the Interim
          Director of Planning, to amend the future service limit of the 
          1994 Lincoln-Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan in the vicinity
          of NW 56th Street and West Adams Street.
          Planning staff recommendation: Approval (page 121) 
          Had public hearing.  Planning Commission recommendation:
          APPROVAL, 8-0.

     3.4b Annexation No. 99001 by the Interim Director of Planning to annex
          a portion of Lot 9, generally located at NW 56th Street and
          W. Adams Street.
          Planning staff recommendation: Approval subject to an Annexation
          Agreement completed to the satisfaction of the City (page 121)

     3.4c Change of Zone No. 3162, requested by Lyle Loth of ESP, from AG

          generally located at NW 56th Street and W. Adams Street.

     3.4d Preliminary Plat No. 98023, View Pointe West, requested by Lyle
          Loth of ESP, for 178 single family lots, seven outlots for open

          length, low flow liners, paving, and curb and gutter requirements
          in N.W. 56th Street, on property generally located at NW
          56th Street and W. Adams Street.
          Planning staff recommendation: Conditional Approval (page 122)

          CONDITIONAL APPROVAL, with amendment deleting Condition #1.1.1,
