         Planning Commission voted to DEFER indefinitely, at the recommend-
	 ation of the Planning staff, 9-0.

    4.2  Change of Zone No. 3209, requested by the Interim Director of Plan-
	 ning, from I-1 Industrial District to R-3 Residential District and

	 General Commercial District to P Public District, on property 
	 generally located along West Van Dorn Street in the vicinity of 
	 Highway 77 (Salt Valley Roadway) and South Folsom Street.
