	 26.27.060 of the Lincoln Land Subdivision Ordinance to adopt new
	 regulations relating to stormwater quality and quantity, including
	 such items as flood corridors, grading and land disturbance, drain-
	 age and protection from local stormwater flows; to add a new sec-
	 tion numbered 26.07.126 to provide a definition of "minimum flood
	 corridor," and to add a new section numbered 26.31.040 to establish
	 a requirement for the removal of sediment in the public right-of-

	 truction Manual" for the City of Lincoln and to adopt by reference
