    3.2  Comprehensive Plan Amendment 94-40, requested by the Director of
         Planning, to amend the future land use plan, transportation,
	 utility, park and trails plan, and other necessary amendments to
	 reflect commercial, industrial, urban residential, parks and open
	 space and natural/environmentally sensitive land uses in the gen-
	 eral vicinity of N. 14th to N. 27th Streets,
	 north of Interstate 80 to Arbor Road.  The amendment includes the
	 proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment 94-40 Study Area Plan.
	 Planning staff recommendation: Continue public hearing until
	 March 8, 2000.  At that time, approval.
	 Had public hearing.  Held over for CONTINUED PUBLIC
	 HEARING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION on March 8, 2000.

1.  County Change of Zone No. 186, requested by Sherrie Gregory, from AG
    Agricultural District to AGR Agricultural Residential District, on
    property generally located at NW 120th and West Fletcher.
    (5/5/99 - Planning Commission voted 5-0 to place on pending until
    applicant submits a preliminary plat application.)

2.  Special Permit No. 1826, requested by Michael Rierden, for a domiciliary
    care facility and housing for the elderly, including a density bonus,

3.  Change of Zone No. 3220, requested by Brian Carstens, on behalf of Bill
