         requested by Richard Speidell, for 4 dwelling units, with requests

	 tion as provided in Section 26.31.015 of the Land Subdivision
	 Ordinance, to allow the Planning Director to approve the
	 Administrative Final Plat in accordance with the approved Com-
	 munity Unit Plan, located on property generally located at
	 Mandarin Circle, near S. 84th Street and Pioneers
	 Boulevard.
