	 requested by Richard Speidell, for 3 dwelling units, with requests
	 to waive sidewalks; street lighting; paving, curb and gutter;
	 drainage study and street and roadway elevations; and a modifica-
	 tion as provided in Section 26.31.015 of the Land Subdivision
	 Ordinance, to allow the Planning Director to approve the Admin-
	 istrative Final Plat in accordance with the approved Community
         Unit Plan, located on property generally located at Mandarin
	 Circle, near S. 84th Street and Pioneers Boulevard.
