    1.6  Comprehensive Plan Conformance No. 00005, requested by the Urban
	 Development Department, to review the FY2000-2005 Consolidated
	 Plan and the FY2000 Action Plan for the HUD Entitlement Program;
	 and the One Year Use of Funds (plan for use of Federal CDBG, 
	 HOME and ESG entitlement funding in fiscal year beginning 
	 September 1, 2000), for conformance with the 1994 Lincoln
         City/Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan.

    1.8  Street & Alley Vacation No. 00008, requested by the University

	 and Q Street.

    1.9  Miscellaneous No. 00005, a text amendment requested by the

	 agency.

	 Planning staff recommendation: Deferral until a report has been
	 submitted by the Capitol Environs Commission
