	 required parking, reduce the front yard setback, increase cluster

    3.4  Street & Alley Vacation No. 00011, requested by Gerard Keating,

	 and Phoenix Development Corporation, to vacate the north-south
	 alley between S. 13th Street and S. 14th Street, north
	 of "N" Street and south of the east-west alley.
	 Planning staff recommendation: Conformance with the Comprehensive
	 Plan and Conditional Approval  
	 Had public hearing.  Planning Commission recommendation: A FINDING
	 OF CONFORMANCE WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL
	 APPROVAL, 9-0.

    3.5  Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 94-58, requested by the Directors
         of Planning, Public Works & Utilities, and the Parks & Recreation
	 Department, to amend Chapter 4 (Transportation) of the 1994
	 Lincoln-Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan to adopt the Boulevard
	 Concept for Public Way Corridors and to incorporate the Lincoln
	 Fringe Area Primary Public Way Corridor Study by reference.
	 Planning staff recommendation: Approval  
	 Had public hearing.  Held over with CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING
	 AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION scheduled for September 6, 2000, immed-

    MISCELLANEOUS: 

    4.1  Comprehensive Plan Conformance No. 00006, requested by the Dir-
	 ector of Planning, on behalf of the Parks and Recreation Depart-
	 ment and Real Estate Division of the Urban Development Department,
	 to declare as surplus property, a portion of Outlot P, Block 5,
	 Highlands Coalition, generally located in the area of NW Fairway
	 Street and West Harvest Drive. 
	 Planning staff recommendation: Conformance with the Comprehensive
	 Plan and Conditional Approval  
	 Had cont'd public hearing.  Planning Commission recommendation:
	 A FINDING OF CONFORMANCE WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND CONDIT-
