NOTICE: The Lincoln City/Lancaster County Planning Commission will hold a special continued public hearing on Wednesday, July 18, 2001, at 1:00 p.m. in the City-Council Chambers, County-City Building, 555 South 10th Street, Lincoln Nebraska, on the following items. For more information, call the Planning Department, 441-7491. AGENDA WEDNESDAY, JULY 18, 2001 1:00 p.m. Approval of the minutes of the July 11, 2001 Public Hearing on the South & East Beltways. 1. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION: MISCELLANEOUS: 1.1 Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 94-62, (1,414 K) requested by the Director of Planning and the Director of Public Works and Utilities, to amend the Long Range Transportation Plan and other appropriate portions of the 1994 Lincoln/Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan to reflect the inclusion of the South Beltway as a 4 lane limited access expressway, generally located 1/2 mile south of Saltillo Road from Highway 77 to Highway 2, including portions between north of Saltillo, east of 98th Street. Planning staff recommendation: Approval Staff Planner: Steve Henrichsen, 441-6374 1.2 Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 94-63, (1,504 K) requested by the Director of Planning and the Director of Public Works and Utilities, to amend the Long Range Transportation Plan and other appropriate portions of the 1994 Lincoln/Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan to reflect the inclusion of the East Far Beltway as a 4 lane limited access expressway, generally located between 134th and 148th Streets from Highway 2 to Interstate 80. Planning staff recommendation: Denial Staff Planner: Steve Henrichsen, 441-6374 1.3 Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 94-64, (1,174 K) requested by the Director of Planning and the Director of Public Works and Utilities, to amend the Long Range Transportation Plan and other appropriate portions of the 1994 Lincoln/Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan to reflect the inclusion of the East Middle Beltway as a 4 lane limited access expressway, generally located between 120th and 134th Streets, from Highway 2 to Interstate 80. Planning staff recommendation: Approval Staff Planner: Steve Henrichsen, 441-6374 1.4 Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 94-65 , (1,138 K) requested by the Director of Planning and the Director of Public Works and Utilities, to amend the Long Range Transportation Plan and other appropriate portions of the 1994 Lincoln/Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan to reflect the inclusion of the East Close Beltway as a 4 lane limited access expressway, generally located between 98th and 112th Streets, from Highway 2 to Interstate 80.
