OTHER ACTION: Motion made by Marvin (regarding the O-3 zoned surplus property along the golf course in the Highlands which is still owned by the City) to encourage the Mayor's office to put a deed restriction on the property restricting the use to office and not residential or other incompatible uses, so as to utilize the property in such a way to attract high wage employers to our community. Motion was seconded by Pearson and carried 8-0 (Sunderman absent). PENDING LIST:
