The Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, January 19, 2005, 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. in Room 113 of the County/City Building, 555 S. 10th St., Lincoln, Nebraska, for a discussion on County Board request regarding the Planning Commission Rules and Procedures regarding "ex parte" communications.

**PLEASE NOTE: The Planning Commission action is final action on any item with a notation of "FINAL ACTION". Any aggrieved person may appeal Final Action of the Planning Commission to the City Council by filing a Notice of Appeal with the City Clerk within 14 days following the action of the Planning Commission. **

The Planning Commission action on all other items is a recommendation to the City Council or County Board.

The proposed amendment for the East Downtown Hotel Redevelopment Area provides for the acquisition and demolition by the City of Lincoln and for the redevelopment of property bounded on the west by North 17th Street, on the north by Q Street, on the east by North 18th Street, and on the south by P Street.
