MISCELLANEOUS: 4.2 Comprehensive Plan Conformance No. 04013(659 K) , to review a proposed amendment to the "Antelope Valley Redevelopment Plan" as to conformance with the 2025 Lincoln-Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan, requested by the Director of Urban Development. The proposed amendment for the East Downtown Hotel Redevelopment Area provides for the acquisition and demolition by the City of Lincoln and for the redevelopment of property bounded on the west by North 17th Street, on the north by Q Street, on the east by North 18th Street, and on the south by P Street.
