The "Downtown Master Plan" includes recommended development strategies and projects for ensuring the near and long term viability of Downtown Lincoln. The Master Plan's study area encompasses the traditional core Downtown business district, along with the Haymarket District, and portions of the Antelope Valley project area, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Downtown Campus, and adjacent neighborhoods. The redevelopment plan area is generally bounded by 10th Street on the east, 1/2 mile west of NW 70th on the west, and either side of West "O" Street, and located south of Interstate 80, and north of the Burlington Railroad Yard on the south.
