The Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, February 15, 2006, in Room 113 of the County/City Building, 555 S. 10th St., Lincoln, Nebraska, from 11:00 - 11:45 p.m. for a briefing by Public Works and Utilities staff on the Southwest Wastewater Facility and from 12:00 - 1:00 for a briefing by Public Works and Utilities staff on the 2030 Transportation Model Results.

**PLEASE NOTE: The Planning Commission action is final action on any item with a notation of "FINAL ACTION". Any aggrieved person may appeal Final Action of the Planning Commission to the City Council by filing a Notice of Appeal with the City Clerk within 14 days following the action of the Planning Commission. **

The following waivers are also being requested: a) curb and gutter on S. 84th Street; b) pedestrian easement; c) to not project street system into adjacent property; d) to allow sanitary sewer to flow opposite street grades; and e) to allow lots backing onto major arterial street to not have a minimum lot depth. Any waiver requests that are recommended for denial by the Planning Department will be forwarded to the City Council for public hearing.
