NOTICE: The Lincoln City/Lancaster County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 10, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. in the City-Council Chambers, County-City Building, 555 South 10th Street, Lincoln Nebraska, on the following items. The Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, May 17, 2006, 12:00 - 1:00 p.m., for a briefing by staff on the 2006/07 - 2011/12 Capital Improvements Program, in Room 113, County-City Building, 555 S. 10th St., Lincoln, Nebraska.

The Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission will hold a "public listening forum" on Wednesday, May 17, 2006, on the Long Range Transportation Plan Update beginning at 1:00 p.m., in the City Council Hearing Room, County-City Building, 555 S. 10th St., Lincoln, Nebraska.

**PLEASE NOTE: The Planning Commission action is final action on any item with a notation of "FINAL ACTION". Any aggrieved person may appeal Final Action of the Planning Commission to the City Council by filing a Notice of Appeal with the City Clerk within 14 days following the action of the Planning Commission. **
