The study area is generally along Sun Valley Boulevard from West O Street to Cornhusker Highway, along Cornhusker Highway from I-180 to NW 12th Street, along NW 12th Street from Cornhusker Highway to Highlands Boulevard, Highlands Boulevard from NW 12th Street to NW 1st Street, and West Superior Street from NW 1st Street to I-180.
