The Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, January 17, 2007, 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room of the County/City Building, 555 S. 10th St., Lincoln, Nebraska, for a briefing by Public Works and Utilities Watershed Management on Salt Creek Floodplain Ordinance and Map.

**PLEASE NOTE: The Planning Commission action is final action on any item with a notation of "FINAL ACTION". Any aggrieved person may appeal Final Action of the Planning Commission to the City Council by filing a Notice of Appeal with the City Clerk within 14 days following the action of the Planning Commission. **

The Redevelopment Plan area is generally bounded by 10th Street on the east, 1/2 mile west of NW 70th Street on the west, and either side of West O Street, but located south of Interstate 80 and north of the Burlington Railroad Yard on the south. The project area is bounded by "S" Street on the north, 9th Street on the east, "R" Street on the south, and 8th Street on the west.
