CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION: CHANGE OF ZONE: 5.1 Change of Zone No. 06084(101 K) , to amend Sections 27.29.020, 27.31.030, 27.33.020, 27.41.020, 27.43.020, 27.45.020, and 27.63.470(a)(8) of the Lincoln Municipal Code, by deleting the reference prohibiting open kennels associated with hospitals and clinics for animals; to add Section 27.63.470(a)(25) allowing kennels in Planned Service Commercial; to amend Section 27.43.030 to create a permitted conditional use for kennels in the H-3 Highway Commercial District; and to add Section 27.45.025, to create a permitted conditional use for kennels in the H-4 General Commercial District.
