The Planning Commission action is final action, unless appealed to the City Council, provided that Change of Zone No. 07057 increasing the height limit in the B-2 zoning district is adopted by the City Council on December 17, 2007. If the City Council does not adopt Change of Zone No. 07057 on December 17, 2007, the Planning Commission action on this use permit is a recommendation to the City Council.
