The Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, January 30, 2008, 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. in the Conference Room 113 of the County/City Building, 555 S. 10th St., Lincoln, Nebraska, for a briefing by Public Works & Utilities on the Update of the Wastewater Facilities Master Plan.

CONSENT AGENDA: (Public Hearing and Administrative Action) MISCELLANEOUS: 1.1 Miscellaneous No. 07010, to review the proposed determination that the "Northwest 48th & I-80 Area Blight and Substandard Determination Study Area" be declared a blighted and substandard area as defined in the Nebraska Community Development Law. The study area is generally bounded by West Holdrege Street on the north to Interstate 80 right-of-way line on the south; from NW 56th Street on the west to NW 40th Street on the east.
