NOTICE: The Planning Commission will hold a Retreat on Friday, April 11, 2008, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at the Lower Platte South Natural Resources District Board Room, 3125 Portia Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. The agenda will be available on the Planning Department Web site at www.lincoln.ne.gov and in the Planning Department office on Friday, April 4, 2008.

CONSENT AGENDA: (Public Hearing and Administrative Action) COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: 1.1 Comprehensive Plan Conformance No. 08003, to review a proposed amendment to the Antelope Valley Redevelopment Plan as to conformance with the 2030 Lincoln-Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan, adding the Antelope Valley Parkway - WJS Redevelopment Project, generally located between S. 19th Street and S. 20th Street and between K Street and L Street. The proposed amendment involves reconstruction of the Boosalis Trail between 17th and Burnham Streets, and 27th Street and Highway 2.
