The Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, September 10, 2008, 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. in Conference Room 113 of the County/City Building, 555 S. 10th St., Lincoln, Nebraska, for a briefing by staff on the 2008 Annexation Study.

CONSENT AGENDA (Public Hearing and Action): COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: 1.1 Comprehensive Plan Conformance No. 08023, to review as to conformance with the 2030 Lincoln-Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan, proposed amendments to the Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan for the "Lincoln Flats/Bank of the West Redevelopment Project". Public hearing before City Council tentatively scheduled for Monday, October 6, 2008, 1:30 p.m. CHANGE OF ZONE: 1.2 Change of Zone No. 08045, amending Title 27 of the Lincoln Municipal Code relating to Zoning by amending Sections 27.19.030, 27.21.030, 27.23.030, 27.24.030, 27.27.025 and 27.67.040 to clarify that group homes must comply with all applicable state and local code requirements and to add domiciliary care facility and elderly or retirement housing as a conditional permitted use in the R-5, R- 6, R-7, R-8 and O-3 zoning districts, respectively; and repealing Sections 27.19.030, 27.21.030, 27.23.030, 27.24.030, 27.27.025 and 27.67.040 of the Lincoln Municipal Code as hitherto existing.
