Public hearing before the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners is scheduled for Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. CHANGE OF ZONE: 4.2 Change of Zone No. 07063, I-80 West Lincoln Business Center Planned Unit Development, for a change of zone from AG Agricultural District to I-3 PUD Employment Center District and R-3 PUD Residential District, on property generally located at N.W. 48th Street and Interstate 80; for a Planned Unit Development designation of said property; and for approval of a revised development plan which proposes waivers and modifications to the Zoning Ordinance and Land Subdivision Ordinance to allow approximately 1.5 million square feet of office, commercial and industrial floor area; hotels and motels of up to 200 rooms; and up to 448 dwelling units in the underlying I-3 and R-3 zoned area.
