CONSENT AGENDA: (Public Hearing and Administrative Action) COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: 1.1 Comprehensive Plan Conformance No. 09002, to review a proposed amendment to the West O Street Redevelopment Plan as to conformance with the 2030 Lincoln-Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan. The proposed amendment adds the "Shoemakers Redevelopment Project" including the construction of two buildings on property generally located at SW 48th Street and West O Street. The Redevelopment Plan area is generally bounded by 10th Street on the east, mile west of NW 70th Street on the west, and either side of West O Street, but located south of Interstate 80 and north of the Burlington Railroad Yard on the south. Public hearing before City Council tentatively scheduled for April 13, 2009, 1:30 p.m. PERMITS: 1.3 Special Permit No. 09003, for the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises, on property generally located at Russell Drive and Cornhusker Highway. *** FINAL ACTION *** Staff recommendation: Conditional Approval Staff Planner: Brian Will, 441-6362, bwill@lincoln.ne.gov Planning Commision 'final action': CONDITIONAL APPROVAL, as set forth in the staff report dated March 11, 2009, 9-0. Public hearing before City Council tentatively scheduled for Monday, April 13, 2009, 1:30 p.m. 4.2 Miscellaneous No. 09003, amending Title 26 of the Lincoln Municipal Code relating to the Land Subdivision Ordinance by adding a new Section 26.07.013 to add a definition for access road; amending Section 26.11.060 to modify the procedures to appeal from final action of the Planning Director; amending Section 26.23.140 to modify the requirement that every lot shall front upon and have access to a public street for lots which front upon a major street; amending Section 26.31.010 to modify the requirements for granting a waiver of land subdivision requirements; and repealing Sections 26.11.060, 26.23.140, and 26.31.010 of the Lincoln Municipal Code as hitherto existing.
