NOTICE: The Lincoln City/Lancaster County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 6, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. in the City-Council Chambers, County-City Building, 555 South 10th Street, Lincoln Nebraska, on the following items. The LPlan Advisory Committee will meet on Wednesday, October 6, 2010, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., in Room 113 of the County-City Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

**PLEASE NOTE: The Planning Commission action is final action on any item with a notation of "FINAL ACTION". Any aggrieved person may appeal Final Action of the Planning Commission to the City Council by filing a Notice of Appeal with the City Clerk within 14 days following the action of the Planning Commission. **

The Planning Commission action on all other items is a recommendation to the City Council or County Board.

PUBLIC HEARING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION: COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WITH RELATED ITEMS: 2.1a Comprehensive Plan Conformance No. 10006, to review as to conformance with the 2030 Lincoln-Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan, the proposed Nebraska Innovation Campus (NIC) Redevelopment Plan. The Redevelopment Plan Area is adjacent to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) city campus and includes the former Nebraska State Fair Park. The boundaries are generally from N. Antelope Valley Parkway to 27th Street, between Salt Creek and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad corridors. Public Hearing before City Council tentatively scheduled for Monday, November 1, 2010, 3:00 p.m. 2.1b Change of Zone No. 10018, Nebraska Innovation Campus Planned Unit Development, for a change of zone from P Public Use District to O-3 Planned Unit Development, on property generally located at North Antelope Valley Parkway and Salt Creek Roadway; and for a Planned Unit Development district designation of said property which allows approximately 2 million square feet of mixed use commercial, up to 250 dwelling units and up to 135 hotel rooms in the underlying O-3 zoned area. Public Hearing before City Council tentatively scheduled for Monday, November 1, 2010, 3:00 p.m. CHANGE OF ZONE WITH RELATED ITEMS: 2.2a Change of Zone No. 10019, from O-3 Office Park District to B-2 Planned Neighborhood Business District, on property generally located at the northwest corner of S. 27th Street and Old Cheney Road. Public Hearing before City Council tentatively scheduled for Monday, October 25, 2010, 5:30 p.m. 2.2b Use Permit No. 15D, an amendment to change 33,020 sq. ft. of approved office use to retail use, including a request to reduce the front yard setback on S. 27th Street and on Old Cheney Road, on property generally located at the northwest corner of S. 27th Street and Old Cheney Road. Public Hearing before City Council tentatively scheduled for Monday, October 25, 2010, 5:30 p.m. 2.2c Street & Alley Vacation No. 10015, to vacate the right-of-way stub on the north side of Old Cheney Road located approximately 480 ft. west of the center line of S. 27th Street, generally located at S. 27th Street and Old Cheney Road. Public Hearing before City Council tentatively scheduled for Monday, October 25, 2010, 5:30 p.m. MISCELLANEOUS: 2.3 Street & Alley Vacation No. 10014, to vacate that portion of W. Waggoner Drive which abuts Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Waggoner Subdivision, generally located mile south of W. O Street, on the east side of S.W. 98th Street.
