The Lincoln City/Lancaster County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. in the City-Council Chambers, County-City Building, 555 South 10th Street, Lincoln Nebraska, on the following items. The Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, from 11:15 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. in Room 113 of the County-City Building, 555 S. 10th St., Lincoln, Nebraska, for a briefing by staff on the Planning Commission Review Edition of the City of Lincoln's draft six year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for FY 2012/2013 - 2017/2018, and the draft FY2013-2016 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the Lincoln Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO).

Any aggrieved person may appeal Final Action of the Planning Commission to the City Council or County Board by filing a Notice of Appeal with the City Clerk or County Clerk within 14 days following the action of the Planning Commission.
