The 2005 Downtown Master Plan and the Update also provide land use and development guidance for a portion of the area immediately to the east of Downtown known as "Antelope Valley." The Downtown Master Plan Update is to include changes that have occurred since the adoption of the Downtown Master Plan in 2005, and to explain specific concepts and projects that are new to the Plan.
