The Lincoln City/Lancaster County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. in Hearing Room 112 on the first floor of the County-City Building, 555 South 10th Street, Lincoln Nebraska, on the following items. This hearing is broadcast live and is rebroadcast on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m., Thursdays at 12:00 a.m. and Sundays at 12:30 p.m. on 5 City-TV, Cable Channel 5.

**Please Note:**The Planning Commission action is final action on any item with a notation of "FINAL ACTION". Any aggrieved person may appeal Final Action of the Planning Commission to the City Council or County Board by filing a Notice of Appeal with the City Clerk or County Clerk within 14 days following the action of the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission action on all other items is a recommendation to the City Council or County Board.

Comprehensive Plan Conformance No. 17003, to review as to conformance with the 2040 Lincoln-Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan, a proposed amendment to the West O Street Redevelopment Plan to create the "Nature's Variety Redevelopment Project" area, located at 3203 W. View Avenue, 235, 301, 311, 321 and 333 SW 32nd Street. The multi-phased project would remove blight and substandard conditions and strengthen the business community in the West O Street area. Phase I contemplates the redevelopment of three underdeveloped parcels located in the West O Street Development area into an approximately 24,000 square foot freeze-drying facility. A future Phase II of the project is anticipated to include developmentof a processing center and a frozen storage facility, with a possible expansion beyond the Phase II project. The property is generally located at S.W. 32nd Street and W. O Street. The West O Redevelopment Plan area is generally bounded by West P Street, the first set of railroad tracks south of West O Street, 9th Street and NW/SW 70th Street.
