Zoning Confirmation Letters

 

Background on Zoning Confirmation Letters Beginning May 3, 2011

As of May 3, 2011, the Planning Department will now provide a Zoning Confirmation Letter upon application and payment of $60.00 fee.

The City of Lincoln Development Services Center is offering this customer service in order to help businesses seeking help with completing financing forms or other government agency regulations.

The Planning Department previously completed zoning confirmation letters for businesses for the past six months for free on a trial basis in order to work out the process and gauge the amount of time needed for each letter.

This service and the $60.00 fee were approved by the City Council on April 18th, 2011 and was effective May 3rd, 2011.
