The Lincoln Police Department has made four arrests in the past week under a new city ordinance that restricts where Level 3 sex offenders can live. The ordinance prohibits this level of sex offenders from living within 500 feet of a school. The following men were arrested for the Lincoln City Municipal Code Sex Offender Registration Violation.
