The Lincoln Police Department is investigating the murder of Jeremey H. Nguyen, age 33, of Lincoln. Jeremey Nguyen was involved in a minor accident Saturday, March 24th 2007 at about 9:30 p.m. in the alley between 27th and 26th Street, R Street to Q Street. The driver of the other vehicle, Thoi Vo, age 23 got out of his vehicle along with his passenger, Thanh X. Dinh, age 28. Vo and Dinh approached Jeremey Nguyen’s car after the collision and started to vandalize his car and also assaulted Nguyen. Thoi Vo retrieved a knife from his vehicle during the physical assault of Jeremey Nguyen and stabbed Nguyen. Jeremey Nguyen was transported to Bryan LGH West and died shortly after his arrival. Vo and Dinh left the scene and were both apprehended at separate locations early Sunday afternoon. Their information and arrests are as follows.
