Randall L. Poore, age 36, has been arrested for 1st Degree Sexual Assault and Generating Child Pornography for an incident that occurred at his apartment in Northeast Lincoln early Saturday morning, April 14th. Poore met two girls, ages 12 and 13 at a grocery store a short distance from his home and struck up a conversation with the two. He invited them to his apartment at 4320 Huntington, Apt #10, and after arriving at his home he took photos of the two girls in various stages of undress and sexually assaulted the 13 year old girl. Poore was arrested on April 17th, after the girls reported the incident to parents. Randall Poore was contacted by LPD on a previous incident and was ticketed on March 26th for disturbing the peace when he met a 12 year old girl on the sidewalk in his neighborhood and after striking up a conversation with her, took several photos of her with his camera phone.
Randall L. Poore is a Level III Registered Sex Offender.
