Lincoln Police Make Several Arrests in Apartment Burglaries
Lincoln Police have arrested three Lincoln men for their involvement in numerous burglaries that have occurred throughout the city – primarily at apartment complexes. Investigators received information that these men may be responsible. Through multiple interviews, we were able to link them to the burglaries. These incidents date back as far as November 2006. At this time, Lincoln Police have been able to clear 44 cases and recover a large quantity of the stolen property, including guns, flat screen televisions, game systems, digital cameras and other electronics. The theft loss in these burglaries totaled over $67,000.
We are asking the victims of these crimes not to contact the police department to determine whether your possessions have been recovered. As investigators sort through the property, owners will be contacted.
